Thrift Finds Styled (pt 2)
Hey all!
I am back with the much anticipated part 2 of my fall styling guide using the thrifted pieces you all chose! Keep reading for more detailed descriptions of each look and let me know which ones were your favorite!
You might remember the mohair cardigan from my thrift finds. I love how warm this is! I paired it with an olive silk tank which was also thrifted by the way, some cream denim and booties. The cool thing about this tank is that it is actually reversible and the other side is velvet! This outfit is great for a casual day out. I chose a small feminine necklace and my favorite arm accessory which is my gold watch to go with this casual look.
This silk maxi was so cool to find in a thrift store. I really wanted to try dressing it down to make it more wearable. I paired this oatmeal loose fitting top with a layered necklace and I really felt comfortable in it. The back is the best part of the shirt. It dips low revealing the cream bralette I wore underneath. I think this gives a little more interest to this look. I would totally wear this on a date with the hubs!
This handmade blouse was initially screaming old lady and I almost passed it up! However the moment I pictured it with leather I knew I had something cool. I love how billowy and feminine the top is and then how tough the zipper detailing looks against it. I decided to go with a delicate layered necklace to keep most of the attention on the blouse.
Showing your ankles is a super easy trend I have been seeing so I cuffed the bottom of my faux leather pants to peek a bit of skin and it’s as easy as that!
That sums up this series of thrifted finds. As always, thanks for taking the time to read and any shares or likes are very much appreciated! Don’t forget to leave comments, what are you most excited to wear for fall?
